Hi Diane

“My wife and I decided we wanted to emigrate to NZ but had no idea how to go about it. As I worked and my wife had two young boys to look after we struggled to find the time to go through all the paperwork required for the emigration process. We contacted the Emigration Group and they sorted everything out. They told us what was required of us and provided us with the means to achieve it. From filling out the relevant forms to finding a job in NZ we were assisted every step of the way. The rules for getting into NZ seemed to change several times whilst we went through the process but with the support of the Emigration Group we were able to overcome any obstacles. Fining a job in NZ whilst working full time in the UK would have been a very difficult ask but with the Job Search programme a suitable position was found for me and with a job to go to we were able to make our dream move. We are now New Zealand residents, with our own home, living within 45 mins of the Bay of Islands and surrounded by the most spectacular scenery. We have a lifestyle which is not achievable in the UK and without the support of the Emigration Group this would not have been possible.”

Dear Diane

So sorry that it has taken us so long to write this to you but we have been very busy since arriving here in New Zealand.

Life for us all could not be any better. The people are all really friendly, and the icing on the cake is that we are only a 40 minute drive to Whangamata which has one of the best beaches we have ever seen. Even Robson has had surfing lessons and to see him stand up on the board for the first time was awesome.

We have just bought a ¾ acre of land and are now looking forward to building our dream house there. We will even have a swimming hole just 2 mins walk up the road.

We all want to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you have done for us, even helping Tracy fill out his forms for his work visa/permit over the phone whilst we were stuck in a hotel room on Queen Street, Auckland. Your help and advice was invaluable to us and if it wasn't for you we would still be sat in England gathering evidence still needed to transfer Tracy's qualifications to NZQA.

We really could not have done this without you and still cannot believe that we are actually here, living in New Zealand.

If any of our friends or family ever consider emigration, we would not hesitate in giving them your name and number.

Once again we thank you so much for turning our dream into a reality.

Yours gratefully

Dear Sally

We hope you are keeping well.

Firstly many thanks for your friendly and professional approach to our progress through the emigration process, which we know we would have found so much more difficult without your valuable knowledge. Please pass over thanks to Andrew for his excellent advice and pointing us in the right direction.

We are now settling into Nelson, New Zealand, which is a beautiful area of South Island, with lovely beaches, hills and mountains not so far away. The scenery and colours are fantastic, the people are warm, welcoming and friendly. Lifestyles are relaxed which matches the Mediterranean climate. We feel we have been transported to paradise!

Viv has started at Richmond Montessori School and is finding the relaxed teaching style refreshing, especially with only 20 as a maximum in her class.

We feel it's a good place to live and have already put an offer in on a house, which has been accepted, so we should be moving in on Friday of this week! They don't hang around do they?

We will keep in touch with you.

Thank you once again for your excellent advice and service, through our emigration process – we wish we had done this 10 years ago!

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir

We contacted the ‘Emigration Group' last year after making a decision to live in Australia. TEG was most helpful from the beginning and answered our questions truthfully while we were deciding which Emigration Consultants we should use.

Fortunately for us we chose TEG who were most helpful from the outset and continued to take us step by step through the whole process from start to finish.

We would have every confidence in recommending TEG to anyone considering emigration.

Our sincere thanks for your help and assistance

Yours sincerely

Hi Helena

Just to let you know that we have arrived and are safely installed in the School House out in Arohena. It is so beautiful, quite breathtaking. Everyone is so kind and generous, we have been made very welcome.

I would like to thank you for all you have done fur us. The school looks good and I am sure I will enjoy teaching here. Debbie Gulliver (The Principal) was telling me how thorough and professional you were and that you did a good job for me, she said to definitely recommend you to anyone else who is looking for a job. So I hope you accept the compliments and praise. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in a similar position. Thank you again.

Hi Diane

Hope all is well with you – passports safely back with us – at least the visas look smart and worth the trouble ☺. Really dumb final just in case question.

I presume there is nothing else we need to do apart from present ourselves plus passports and visas at the immigration desk at Auckland airport on the 19th March. They then get changed to permits, and once Di has been in her job for three months we get a letter from the school confirming that, take it to the local NZIS office in Auckland and we're rubber stamped and in the for the long term.

If all that is right, the next time you hear from us will be a postcard form Auckland ☺

I ought to say that Di and I were extremely pleased with the service we got from TEG. You were always on the ball, there was never an occasion when I couldn't get an answer to some pretty dumb questions from someone who knew what they were talking about, and every query and letter was dealt with promptly and professionally.

All this in an environment that was ever changing, and would test the patience of a saint! I'm certain we could not have done it without you – thank you once again, and if you need any testimonials I'll be happy to oblige.

Best wishes

Hello to everyone at TEG

I thought I'd drop you a line to thank everyone involved on our case, especially Ceris. You made the whole process so simple, it really took us by surprise how quickly the move actually came around. From our initial interview on May 26 04 I was in NZ and working by Nov 30. We have settled very well and move into our new house on Jan 28 05. Can I also thank Diane at Taylor & Associates for all her work in finding me the position of Plumber. To anyone who is thinking of emigrating to NZ my advice to them would be, contact TEG and let them take all the stress out of the equation. You really won't regret it. Have a look at the attached photo of one of the thousands of beaches in The Bay of Plenty on Jan 15 05. If any of your future prospective clients need advice, help, or just a chat about emigrating please give them this email address and I'll help if I can.

Again thanks for everything,

Neil & Ann M. (Plumber)
