Dear Diane,

A huge THANK YOU to yourself and the team at The Emigration Group for all the hard work you have put in, in helping us to achieve our 'Skilled Migrant Residency Visas'. We really could not have done this without your help. From start to finish you made the whole process easy for us, with your predicted timings being absolutely spot on! WE would definitely recommend you to anyone wishing to emigrate to New Zealand.

Our plane tickets have been booked and we leave the UK on 24th July 2006, ready to start our new life in New Zealand. We are so excited!

Once again, our sincere thanks,

Graham, Sue & Louise S. (Plasterer)

Hi Andrew,

I feel bad that I have missed your calls today. It's hectic around here at work now thatI have been promoted to department supervisor. Yep, with just 3 months left of my employment and after 20 years I finally get promoted! However, even with the grade and pay rise it's not going to stop me from emigrating.

A member of staff called me this morning with the amazing news and I tried to contact Yvonne four times but she was in the wrong part of the office and didn't have her phone. It just so happened you called before she called me. But not to worry, the news is great no matter who it came from.

We can't thank you and Jill enough for all your efforts and hard work on our behalf. We will be writing a letter of praise to you for your folder, remember the one you showed us when we came to meet you in Hammersmith. Wow, that seems so long ago now, but really 6 months is such a short time for us to get to where we are today and we definitely couldn't have done it without the help of The Emigration Group. So, my hat goes off to you guys and I will be recommending TEG on the forums.

Sorry once agian for missing your calls. Hopefully we will get to chat soon.

Many thanks and best wishes,

John S. (Carpenter)

Dear Mike,

Martyn and I would like to thank you for all your help and assistance with our successful visa application, we could not have done it without your support. We cannot explain how we felt when the call came that we'd been accepted. All that paperwork and waiting around have definitely been worth the final result.

Thank you so much for making our dream come true.

Best regards

Please find enclosed our four passports as well as the completed migrant levy form, I hope this is correct.

May I take this opportunity to thank all the staff at The Emigration Group for helping us to make our dream a reality. A special thank you in particular goes to you all, as you have given us so much support on both a professional and personal level. Also we say thank you to Sally Tomkinson who at times filled in for you when you were not available. We know that using an immigration consultant has often been given bad press but I must say that not once have we regretted using your company. You have made the whole process of emigrating stress free for us, which has been invaluable, as there are so many other things for us to be concerned when making such a big change in life. I will not deny that the process has been costly, but the staggered payments made this as undamaging to the wallet as possible. It was a big comfort to know that I had to pick up the phone and you were there to answer any questions or reassure us on any worries we may have had. So once again I thank you for all your service.

I would recommend your company to anyone without a moment's hesitation.

Kind regards

To Diane,

We can’t thank you enough for all your guidance & above all support & “cheery voice” which kept us going during the visa process. Hope we didn’t ‘hassle’ you too much?

Once again many, many thanks.

Hi Diane!

I wanted to write and say “thank you” for all your help with getting the visas!

After all those weeks and weeks of – well - hiatus (?) – since that day you phoned to tell us they were ready to interview us, it's been go, go, go! I think in the space of a week, we'd received our visas, bought a house, and secured a flight! Oh – and got in touch with a decile 7 school. A friend of mine who taught at a smart decile 10 in Wellington, full of ambassador's children, said 7 was pretty okish and we weren't likely to find a 10 somewhere as “bohemian” as Nelson! Ahhhh! “Bohemian” sounds good to us! All sun and sandals…or barefeet!

I'll send you a postcard, or maybe photos, as we do have a digital camera – so ought to be able to just plug it into the laptop and go!

We've set up a new (intergalactic!) email, so you can reach us on that once we've moved. (23rd May, Auckland, 6th June, Nelson) Do call us and see us if you pop over to NZ!

We hope you had a good Easter break and enjoyed the holiday period.

May we both place on record our sincere thanks to The Emigration Group for the professional and courteous service we have received throughout the process. From the initial contact at the London Expo followed by the assessment meeting with Andrew James right through to the final stages of the process, we have been impressed with the service offered. We realise that through our combined hard work, your effective direction, a little luck on our part we have been very fortunate to receive the resident visas much quicker than anticipated because of the excellent job offer. Andrew was correct in his estimate regarding timescales but we were cautious because of the numerous stages at which the application process could have stalled especially when the points were raised at Christmas.

Please would you thank Sally for her assistance in your absence and also let your management team know of our feedback as we know the market place for migration agents is crowded and that selecting a quality service provider is difficult even with the recent accreditation being implemented by New Zealand Immigration.

We will keep in contact with you and let you know how we are progressing and please do not hesitate to contact us if required.

Kind regards
