Dear Sarah
I wish to thank you and all at The Emigration Group for helping us with our visa application. It was so reassuring to know that you wre there at the other end of the phone if needed, and guiding us step by step through the process.
We have been staying with our daughter since we arrived, our house is being built and will be ready to move into at the end of the month. I also would like you to send information to my son who wishes to come to Australia, as I have recommended The Emigration Group.
Once again our sincere thanks,
Peter & Marie H. (Investor Retirement Visa)
Thanks for the phone call letting us know we have been approved, still smiling and Sue still shaking.
I have enclosed all three passports has requested and from all of us would just like to say a big thank you for all your help and patience!
Thanks
Colin, Sue & Joshua C. (Occupational Therapist)
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful news! Thank you so much. It would have been lovely to speak to you in person, but seeing as we're yet to send you our contact details you'd've been a bit stuck. We did get a call the other morning on my mobile, from a mate who forgot we were in New Zealand...and by 'morning' of course I mean 02.30!
We're really, really happy here. There are a million things to sort out, but they're slowly taking care of themselves. The weather's wonderful and Nelson's incredibly laid back and friendly. Everything in this brightly lit landscape keeps reminding us of the south of France; and I write this to the ever present sound of chirping crickets. Ben's just started at the local kindergarten ('kindi' in Kiwi), and loves it. Nicholas is getting on famously with our lovely nanny Nicole. Sarah's getting the measure of things at the school, where she really feels she's able to make her mark. I'm now on the supply list for several of the very good local secondary schools. Term starts next week and I should be picking up regular work in no time.
...in the meant time, as I think I might've mentioned, I've got a part time job in the local petrol station. "This looks like a job for Captain Caltex, Batman!"
As they say here in New Zealand (at pretty much the drop of a hat), 'it's all good'.
We'll forward all four passports (we've got nothing planned abroad!), and really look forward to hearing from you in due course. Those cold, clear days in Chester are lovely, and I'm guessing the weather in England might be starting that long, slow climb towards Easter and new life...as we head into Autumn on the other side of the world.
Diane, thanks again for everything. This is a hugely welcome, significant and encouraging step. Next stop - full New Zealand citizenship...
...and all the very best from this fabulous country for now.
With lots of love
xxxx

Dear Sarah
Thank you very much for your continued support whilst dealing with our STNI Visa application. At times it has been very stressful and I can imagine your thoughts on this.
All through nothing has been too much trouble for you and your perseverence has brought it to a very happy close. We are very pleased with the outcome and will recommend The Emigration Group to everyone we know.
Thank you agin and also pass on our thanks to Paul & Diane.
Kind regards
Debs & Jamie Y. (Electrician)
Dear
We would like to thank you for the service yourself and the team at The Emigration Group has given us. I suppose like many people who decide to leave the UK, we were apprehensive about getting a visa for Australia mainly due to me changing career a few years ago. I'm sure other people have felt the same way during the visa process for different reasons. All I can say is your report that you included with our application must have been a worthy read. It's got to be said you guys are totally professional in what you do, from our initial consultation in Chester with Mike McShane to receiving the phone call from yourself last week with the fantastic news we had been granted the visas took less than 12 months.
The balls in our court now which is the scary bit, up until last week our future lay in someone else's hands. But hey we can't wait to get the ball rolling now, with our trip to Melbourne in March being the start of a big year for us. If everything goes to plan we would like to move over to Melbourne by the end of the year, so our three children can start school there when the new term starts in 2009.
It's a nice feeling to be wanted; Australia obviously wants us.
Once again thanks
Simon & Emma G. (Toolmaker)
Blimey Jill, at the end of a somewhat draining day (yes it happens in Banking occasionally) that is just the best news possible. So we're in - lock stock and quite a few barrels!!!
I know I keep saying this but could not be more pleased with the help from you Jill - you are an easy recommendation to anyone I meet who shows an interest in coming over!
Take it easy
Bernie H. (Bank Manager)
Dear Chris
Thank you for your letter last week enclosing our passports.
WOW!!!!! How exciting, we can't belive it's real yet (the little Orange visastickers in the passports are helping it sink in).
We would like to say a great big "THANK YOU" to you and your team including Jamie in OZ, without your expertise and support we would have given up a long time ago.
We neverreally can put into words just how grateful we all are to you, I think that you will agree that this has truly been a real rollercoaster ride of emotions. At times we were ready to get off the ride when all hope seemed to have deserted us, but you calmly reassured us, never making us feel embarrased or a nuisance no matter how many times we asked the same questions.
Then the life changing moment when the ride stopped with your words "CONGRATULATIONS YOUR VISA HAS BEEN GRANTED" that ride was then worth every high, low, twist, turn and stumble !!!.
We have to remind ourselves that this is just the beginning, we can't wait to book our flights once we have tied up all the loose ends here in the UK.
We will of course keep you informed.
If we can inspire one more family to keep pushing towards their dream then thats ok with us.
Thanks again and again and again
Brett, Amanda and Eve H. (State Sponsored BusinessOwner)

Hi
We just wanted to let you know how great it was working with you, and helping us get our visas. You have done a great job and we would like to thank you for taking the time and effort.
On Christmas Eve we got a phone call from Paul to congratulate us on the good news of being Permanent Residents, and it was the greatest Christmas present we could have hoped for. We just wanted to let you know that we will starting our new lives in Australia on February 3rd 2008.
Say thank you to all your colleagues!
Best Wishes
Sean & Maria C. (Bricklayer)
