Thank you for your letter confirming our visa application has been approved. Kelly and I have just about got over the shock and are now making arrangements for the hundred and one things we now need to sort out. All being well, we hope to fly out mid January in time for the start of the new school year which is great timing.
Finally, Kelly and I would just like to say a huge thank you to you for all your help througout the application process. You have provided us with quick and helpful advice throughout and we would have no hesitation in recommending you and TEG to anyone else thinking of making the move.
Kind Regards
Nick & Kelly B. (Building Surveyor)
Hello,
It hardly seems like five months since we last dropped you an email regarding our citizenship.
We thought you might like to know that once we had fulfilled our two year permanent residency requirement we did indeed go ahead and sit our Citizenship Tests; these were duly passed and followed promptly by applications to become citizens.
Well, after a bit more form filling and a bit more waiting I am pleased to say that on Monday, 17 November 2008 at 8pm (Australian time) we became Australian Citizens and were presented with our certificates from the Mayor of Glen Eira, Caulfield South where we presently reside.
As we are planning to take a brief holiday back to the UK at the end of this month we have just had a last minute rush to get passports priority processed and issued to enable us to travel. We now have our Australian Passports but it is a very odd thing to see your name in a totally different passport bearing the wording ‘Nationality: Australian'.
In all the process has taken us four and a half years to get this point; but for now the handing over of the credit card details and the form filling is over (well at least until we need new passports!) and we would like to pass on our most sincere thanks to you and the team at The Emigration Group for everything that you have done.
The knowledge, skill and experience that you have provided has enabled us to get to this point and to realise our dream of becoming Australian Citizens. It is without hesitation that, if asked, I will wholeheartedly recommend The Emigration Group to anyone considering making the move to Australia or New Zealand.
Again, many thanks and our best wishes to you and the entire team for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous 2009.
Regards
Siân, Nicola & Mark (IT Manager)

Hi Paul,
This is Niall & Juliet W. who have just been informed that we HAVE our Visas.
As you might imagine, very pleased clients. Particularly as this has been a long and complex route, fraught with the inevitable complications, missing documents, elations & disappointments, mixed with freequent mind-changing and strong emotions.
Through this all, Sally has been a calm, helpful and efficient agent. She has been positive and pro-active, personally warm & encouraging and has given us confidence and total support.
We wish to bring to your attention our warm appreciation of both her professional & personal qualities.

Hi Jill,
Yes you were correct after all - our worries about a long delay were groundless.
We would both like to thank you very muchfor submitting a perfect application toINZ. Our decision to choose The Emigration Group was definitely the right one. We can't believe how quick this came through in the end and it really brightened up our Monday morning.
We have spent the day and evening calling friends and family to tell them the good news.
We will shortly forward the passports and completed Levy form.
Yippeeee Jill we will soon be off. Don't think we will sleep very well tonight.
Many thanks again
Ina and Alan F. (Parent Application)
Thank you for preparing and following through our Australian Residency application. You dealt with all our queries and worries and we are so grateful for you taking away our concerns.
Best Wishes
Anthony & Pauline G. (Contributory Parent)
Hi Diane,
You may have heard via Gill that our residency application has been 'Approved in Principle'. We have paid the Migrant Levy and are just waiting for our passports to be processed.
That we've arrived at this stage so soon after our application was lodged in May, even after the delays by immigration, is due in most part to your meticulous preparation.
Many thanks for you efforts on our behalf.
Kind regards,
Will & Denise R. (ICT Developer)
