Hi Diane,
Well it has taken nearly two years but we are now ready to have our residency stamped in our passports. How do we describe the service you have given us? Truly brilliant is probably the closest we can say. After our initial assessment, you told us that we should be able to migrate to New Zealand provided, of course, that we fitted all the criteria. You continued to support and help us when we found out that Ant had a serious heart problem that he had had since birth and no one had noticed. We said we would get it fixed, it was and hey presto everything has gone through fine. We must mention the help and understanding that was shown by Immigration New Zealand, how you liaised with them and made our successful application that much easier. Would we recommend you and The Emigration Group – we certainly would and indeed have. As you know our elder daughter her partner and their daughter are working with you to help secure their future in New Zealand. It's a real big thank you from us, you have always been there for us from start to finish. We just need to board that final plane to start our new lives.
Take care and many thanks,
Ant & Karen D (Nurse)
Dear Sarah / Amanda
Many thanks for your continued assistance, and especially for your invaluable assistance in securing our visas and a life changing opportunity for me and my family .....
Kindest regards
Antony
Dear Paul
As I think you know, we have now been granted a perm residence visa for the ACT. I wanted to drop you a line to pass on our thanks for your organisations part in the overall outcome, although I also wanted to make a special mention of Sarah and her contribution. Sarah has been outstanding with us, answering our very many queries with professionalism and empathy. She has made the process much more manageable.
Again, our thanks.

It's been a 'journey' to say the least, the increased delays on processing times a disappointment but out of your control. Thankfully we made the decision at the outset not to implement any major strategic decisions as house sales, etc. until we had this final note from yourself!
Having yourself on board has made a clear difference and kept the 'show on the road' and in the right direction. It seems obvious to me that how smoothly it all went well with the Processing Centres from State Sponsorship and finally at the end with the actual Visa is a direct consequence of them having confidence in you guys completing all the diligence correctly.
You did what you said you would and you got the visa, we can ask no more. For us, the cost was money well spent and you were professional with us throughout.
Thank you for all your help and I'm sure we'll keep in touch with an email from time to time.
We'll go later this year on holiday to see my sister-in-law and family who emigrated to Melbourne in October to validate the visas, and begin to make proper plans now in the knowledge everything is completed. I'll leave the visas until after we return at the end of February if that is okay as you say? So it will be beginning of March when I send them in.
All the best,
Graham. (Business Visa 164)
