Re: Completion of Australian Residence Application.

We felt compelled to write to the Emigration Group Team and thank you for all your hard work and dedication when dealing with our Australian residence application.

From the start to the end of the process we have always had help at hand and our frequently asked questions answered from members of the team in an efficient and professional manner.

As a family we think what seemed to be the longest part of the process was the time span from the medical results being sent from the panel doctors over to Australia and the final cleared decision from the medicals. As this is towards the end of the application process it seemed an endless time lapse waiting for the medical results and the final okay from our case officer, even though this was a matter of weeks. This had to be the most anxious stage of the process and to have a friendly team at the end of the telephone ready to answer any questions or just put our minds at rest was invaluable.

It is just over a week ago since we received your telephone call to send your congratulations as you had just received notification that our application for residency had been accepted. Since that day our feet have not touched the ground. We are full of so many emotions, excitement, relief, anticipation and of course a bit of panic as our final date for arrival in Australia is only just over 9 months away and there is so much to do.

As a family we would like to thank the firm for acting on our behalf and your hard work has certainly paid off. This time next year we will be in Australia. What was a dream will have become reality and hopefully a happy and successful start in the life down under.

We would be pleased to speak to the PR team and promote the business. Once again thank you for helping us along the way and taking the stress out of what could have been an unthinkable process to undertake without the knowledge and expertise of The Emigration Group.
