Hi Sarah
Is was good to hear from you
Many thanks for your email and quick response
I have double checked the police background check certificate and it is notrequired as it is only needed if I have lived in another country for more than 90 days while currently holding my Australian visa. Just to let you and The Emigration Group know that I have lived here in Brisbane for 4 years and now I'm starting my own mobile carpet laying service which is going very well, also my partner and I have a 2 year and 4 month old little boy called Jayden.
Big thank you to all at The Emigration Group who worked on my case to getme here!!!!
Regards
Jason P (Floor Finisher)
Dear Emigration Group
We are writing this letter for two main reasons, firstly to thank all employees at TEG for their help in attaining our residents visa for New Zealand and secondly to recommend TEG to other people considering emigrating.
We received our passports back today with the stamp entitling us to residency in New Zealand, it still amazes us that the whole process really only started at Easter – only 16 weeks ago.
We used the job search program in order to secure a job offer, but the process delivered far more than just a job. I have experienced many head hunters and recruitment agencies in the past that are merely looking for the next commission and are not really interested in the employees' future happiness. I spoke with Geoff Taylor, MD at Skilled British Workers, on a few occasions over the telephone in New Zealand and was re-assured that he wanted to deliver the lifestyle change that we were looking for. I can honestly say that the fees involved, in my opinion, are a small price to pay for the service that you receive in return.
Once we had decided to proceed, Geoff arranged for my CV to be converted into a New Zealand format and after I had approved it, he began to approach potential employers in New Zealand. This is one of the main benefits of using the job search program, Geoff is based in New Zealand, because his fees are paid by the employee, this sends a direct message to the employer that you are serious – in my opinion this cannot be achieved over the phone or via e-mail, we are after all in a different time zone and on the other side of the world!
Following successful telephone interviews and psychometric tests, I decided to fly to New Zealand and meet with a potential employer and spend two days learning their business and seeing if the business culture met with my expectations. Geoff arranged collection from the airport and invited me to spend a couple of nights at his fantastic house, on the coast an hour north of Auckland. During the next two days, he gave me a tour of the area, took me to have a look around one of the stores where I was due to be interviewed , gave me an appreciation of life in New Zealand, took me to have a look at NZ real estate, and made me feel very relaxed and at home. I found these two days very informative and it helped to confirm that we were making the right choice in moving to New Zealand.
On the first day that I was due to meet with my potential future employer, Geoff took me to their head office and made the introductions and gave his opinion on what I had to offer them and what I was looking for from my next employer. He arranged for me to stay in his apartment in Auckland for a very reasonable fee for the remainder of my week in New Zealand. Following my two days with my potential new employer, and with a job offer successfully received, we met up again in order to discuss the offer. Geoff made the whole process very smooth and stress free, but more importantly, he was focussed on finding the right employer for me – I believe that he has 100% achieved this.
Following on from the job offer, we used TEG for the visa processing. We were given a case officer, Diane Vale, who then became our point of contact for all communication and requests for information. Our experience with Diane was the same as with Geoff, she is a credit to TEG and she demonstrated a genuine interest in us as a family, despite being a business TEG has managed to retain a personal relationship with their clients – this is not always the case in the world today!
Diane made the whole process very simple to understand, her experience and efficiency meant that all paperwork was available at the right time and has undoubtedly resulted in our visas being granted quicker and without the issues we may have experienced if we had tried to go through the process alone.
We will be flying to New Zealand at the end of November 2011, intend to enjoy Summer and Christmas and settle in to our new life style before I start work in February 2012. We extend our thanks again to all of those who have made the process an enjoyable and stress free experience, with particular thanks to Diane and Geoff.
Many Thanks

Dear Sally
We would like you to know how grateful we are for helping us change our life for the better and re-uniting us with our family. You and The Emigration Group have handled our application excellently and you made us feel we were talking to a friend rather than a consultant.
We would not have had a clue how to go through this process and you guided us through each stage with as little problems as possible.
We will always be extremely grateful to you all.
We will email you to let you know how we get on.
Many thanks
From
Lilian & Alan C (Parent Visa)
Hi Sally,
I hope you are well, and enjoyed a great summer.
We wanted to write and say a huge Thank You for all your help, hard work and patience during our application for emigration to New Zealand .
We know it was not the most straight forward of applications with previous names,Zimbabwe issues and the like, but your positive, supporting emails made sure we always knew things were progressing smoothly.
Thanks to your help we managed to secure full residence visas in very quick time, and also plan and have our wedding in Greece at the same time as our New Zealand application..!
We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone we know who might be considering emigrating.
We're now living in Hastings inHawkesBay , loving the area, the people and the weather, and we have a little Kiwi due in early February 2012..! A summer baby is great, but not a very comfortable first Christmas here for Lol..!
We couldn't find a bit on your website to enter our own testimonial, so please use this email if you wish and post it on your site.
If ever you are over here doing some research, or just on holiday, please look us up – we would love the opportunity to say thank-you in person.
Thanks again,
Kind regards
Michael and Lol (Accountant)
